What is included on the $85.00 Flat Rate price?
$85.00 will be covering Labor Only. It does not matter if we need to eliminate 500 viruses, 5 virus, make a full back up, or just reinstall the whole system. You will always get the same low flat rate price of $85.00. If for some reason you need a replacement part, we will get you a detailed quote for the price in the part and the estimated time of arrival in the case we don't have it in stock. If I want you to come and pick up my computer, how much that will cost me?
You will always get the same flat rate of $85. Our price includes time on traveling and gas expending. So you don't have to worry about any extra payment.
What if I want somebody to work on my home site or business?

Do you offer discounts for Onsite Services?

How long will it take to fix my computer?
The normal period is a two (2) day turnaround, but most of our clients get their computers back on the same day. Also if your computer needs a part replacement, the availability of the part could affect our turn around.
Do you provide ongoing support after the completion of my repair?
Yes. Spectra Computers offers ongoing FREE maintenance on your computer for the following 30 days after your computer has been fixed. Also, we can extend our support per months or years with some additional fees.
