Apple iPad Arrives In Stores

As the new iPad was officially released last week, more than 300.000 people bought it. The new histeria created by the iPad is more than visible, and it may not be too long until iPad will reach a high number of sales. If you already have an iPad or you want to buy one, then you will need to know some things about it. For example, setting it up or features its offering.

Setting up the iPad

It's not difficult to do, but you will need iTunes on a computer. Connect the iPad through an USB to you home machine. After you do that you will be asked if you want to activate the iPad. Sure you want that...

iTunes will serve as your iPad's backup system, and even if you could restore it from a previous iPhone or iPod Touch, Apple recommends starting from fresh. The next step is the syncing of your files (music, videos, photos). The first sync will take a while, but choose wisely if you want it to be done automatically next time, as I don't think that's a smart decision. Setting up the e-mail is as easy as on an iPhone. Just select the application you want to use, enter the login credentials and you're good to go.

iTunes is one of the most popular music stores in today’s world. In fact, it is the most popular music store. It has had over one billion music downloads and over one billion app downloads as well. Not only does it offer music and apps and games, but TV shows, movies, and a free radio.

Most songs in the iTunes are .99 cents. However, with growing popularity, songs may be 1.29. And if a song is not that very popular or well known, then it may only be .69 cents. Now, if you don’t want to be 1.29 for every single song, it is also possible to just purchase a whole album or song pack. For example, there are plenty of albums out there that have more than one hundred classical pieces of music for only about sixteen dollars. The prices change regularly and more albums and songs get added all the time.

Movies can either be purchased or rented for thirty days. However, once you start to watch a rented movie you only have twenty four hours to finish watching it. In that twenty four hour period, you can watch the movie as much as you want. Movies range in price. Some may be 14.99 while some may only be 3.99. Rented movies are usually 1.99.
