There is a small setting inside Windows Vista where you can preview your images thought your Windows Explorer. Normally this setting comes active in a new computer. However, I have found that too many users are deactivating this setting by mistake. So this tutorial will help you to activate or deactivate this preview value in your Windows Vista.
