Well Microsoft seems to finally step up again on the mobile social race. Although for some analyst this seems like a late move from Microsoft, for others it is still a good entry.
The phone that is called KIN is primarily aiming younger people and social networking users. Microsoft is planning to release two versions of the KIN which are KIN 1 and KIN 2.
The phones that were made from Sharp Corporation are planning to be released under Verizon and Vodafone networks in the following months.
In an interview to the BBC Robbie Bach, president of the entertainment and devices division at Microsoft said "This is a phone that knits together a tight community of kindred spirits..., the phone personifies true kinship between people, technology, friends and customers,"

* The phone is the first to access Microsoft's Zune music service
* The phone works with popular social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.
