Apple Previews New iPhone Operating System

When you first buy yourself an awesome Apple iPhone brand new, you’ll notice that it already comes with several basic apps. We are going to go over some of those apps in this article just so that you can understand your iPhone even better. After all, you’re going to want to use iPhone to the most of its ability.

Phone – This app is obviously one of the most important on the iPhone. You can use this app to make outgoing phone calls or to trace calls that have called you. This app is colored green with a white telephone inside it.

SMS Text – You can use this app to make future texts or check this app to see texts that you have received. Texting on the iPhone is very nice because you can use a full touch screen QWERTY keyboard. This can really help those vigorous texters on scoring that 120 WPM goal on the iPhone.

The iPhone Home Screen

Safari – Ahh, another very nice app… This app is basically the ultimate mobile web browser, complete with bookmarks, custom URL typing, Google searches, and more. This web browser is very “clean” looking and is very spacious. Nothing is crowded or anything. This also uses Smart Zoom technology. By taping twice on the screen, the screen will automatically adjust to a zooming percentage that makes it the easiest to read the text on that page. This browser looks and acts just like a real web browser meant for a computer!

Mail – With the mail application, you can easily check multiple email accounts at once with ease. You can also have it set up so that your email is automatically checked every fifteen, thirty, or sixty minutes. Please keep in mind that this auto checker does use up extra battery life that you may want to preserve.

Calendar – The ultimate organizer. This app can keep you up to date with appointments, keynotes, and more. It can even send you alerts and reminders to make sure you get to these schedules events!

These five apps seem to be the most important and most used on the iPhone. Mastering these apps is quite simple, and can really add more easiness to your life style. Once again, Apple does not disappoint!
