Recently I was having a problem with my Music Player. Every time that I was going to my music folder in iTunes, and when I was pressing play on any song, it was telling me that the song was not found. The thing was that all of them were displaying “Path not found” or “File Not Found”. So, while checking the path inside the songs, it was looking something like this D:mymusic.mp3.
However when I was checking on Windows Explorer and inside “My Computer” there was no D: drive anymore, my music was there, but the problem was that my drive old D: drive has changed to drive E:.
I was not really sure what cause this, but the only thing to solve the problem was to get my drive E: to drive D: again. If for some reason this has happen to you leave your comment.
So in this blog, I prepared an especial video tutorial that will show you how to change the Drive Letter on any windows devices. This will work on USB devices, SD cards, and optical drives.
When you get error on files not found, you can check if the Drive letters on your devices have not changed lately.
