Changing the picture in Windows Vista is very simple. To do that please perform the following steps.
1. Click the “Start” button and then click on the user picture as you can see in the pictures below.
2. Select change your picture from the middle of the list.
3. By now, you should be all images available by default in Windows Vista. Choose the one you like the most.
4. If you prefer, you can click “Browse” for more pictures and select any image from your PC.
5. After you make the selection the image should appear next time you log off or restart your computer.
