Are you a devastated jobseeker? And never had any interview calls? That’s because you have missed the most important point of a jobseeker. Before you can win an interview, you must first have a winning resume. That’s the point! That’s the strategy of winning the jobseekers’ warfare. Like an artist with his/her masterpiece, it’s you with your resume. What is a resume? A resume is a brief document which highlights an individual's experiences, qualifications, and skills for securing a job interview.
Here are ten tips from Yahoo to boost up your super-duper resume :

1. Learn a new language
Find yourself a secondary language – French, Mandarin, German, etc.. Fluency does take time, but just knowing a secondary language has already given you an extra point in your resume. Just make sure you know all the greetings in your secondary language.
2. Enroll in an improvisation workshop
Find yourself an interactive workshop where you can improve your skill in social interaction. This is very important to improve your public speaking ability and also the quality of your speech.
3. Learn something new
Today’s employers are seeking employees with some extra knowledge, especially in the areas of technology, social media, communication, leadership, coaching, budgeting, marketing, global commerce and even photography. So, find yourself a class or a college degree of it.
4. Turn your hobby into business
Love cooking, writing, hair-dressing, designing? Start to make your hobby a business to fill in your leisure time. Even if your business doesn’t go well, you’ll already have an entrepreneur experience to add in your resume.
5. Volunteer
You can volunteer yourself into any social activities or even your hobby to strengthen your confidence, character and highlight your good nature into your resume.
6. Write
You can start writing an online blog or become a columnist for a newspaper. This is the fun way to express yourself and prove your existence.
7. Get physical
You should have a good appearance – neat, ideal, polite and professional. Join a fitness or yoga club or become the tutor. When other applicants’ health is doubtful, your experience will be noticeable and preferable.
8. Get social
Be a social person through network or individual life.
9. Explore a new career
Do some ‘job-shadowing’. It is following others around to learn how they do their jobs. It will give you many experiences in various careers, which is a great extra point in your resume.
10. Be creative
Think out the most interesting way to write your resume. According to Jason Seiden, a career expert, it is not the contents of the resume, but how you present them will be the ultimate booster to secure an interview.
Well, hope you found them useful and good luck!
